Hello Nextflow is intended as a “getting started” course for students and early-career researchers who are completely new to Nextflow. The tutorial aims to equip participants with foundational knowledge and skills in three key areas: (1) understanding the logic of how data analysis workflows are constructed, (2) Nextflow language proficiency and (3) command-line interface (CLI) execution.

Hello nf-core is a hands-on tutorial designed for students and early-career researchers who have some familiarity with Nextflow and want to take the next step in workflow development. The tutorial aims to equip participants with foundational skills in three key areas: (1) understanding the structure and conventions of nf-core pipelines, (2) integrating community-curated modules, and (3) creating their own nf-core-compatible modules.

The 34th Conference on Intelligent Systems for Molecular Biology (ISMB) is the flagship meeting of the International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB). This year's conference takes place July 12–14 in Washington, returning to the city to celebrate 30 years of advancing computational biology. We're also delighted to be sponsoring the 27th annual Bioinformatics Open Source Conference (BOSC), taking place July 14–15 as part of ISMB 2026.

Cell Painting is a powerful high-content imaging assay that captures rich morphological profiles of cells. Pooled Cell Painting, where image-based sequencing enables disambiguation of perturbations, enables massive scaling of the assay, but processing its data at such scale remains challenging. The Cimini Lab at the Broad Institute has been at the forefront of developing and applying Cell Painting, building tools like CellProfiler that handle everything from classical image analysis to complex workflows like pooled genetic perturbation screens. In this webinar, they share how adopting Nextflow and Seqera Platform through Seqera's Professional Services team, transformed how their pipelines are developed, deployed, and run at scale.
