Join us in Kendall Square for Seqera Sessions—a half-day of learning, innovation, and community building. Start your afternoon with an intermediate Nextflow training, then continue the conversation during our networking reception. Connect with computational biologists and bioinformaticians in Kendall Square, exchange insights on workflow challenges, and build meaningful relationships with peers advancing the field. This is where the Nextflow community comes together to drive innovation forward.

About
Nextflow Training 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM
In this training, we will explore advanced techniques for building robust, production-ready Nextflow workflows. We will cover file handling patterns, metadata management, and channel operations that are essential for real-world scientific data pipelines.
We'll be at the CIC Cambridge @ 1 Broadway in Kendall Square, where you'll have the opportunity to learn and network with peers from the local scientific community and the Seqera team. Join us to:
- Learn how to handle file inputs, perform path operations, and organize workflow outputs effectively
- Understand how to use metadata maps to track and propagate sample information through your pipelines
- Learn techniques for splitting and regrouping data channels to manage complex multi-sample workflows
Happy Hour 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
- Network over drinks with peers from the Kendall Square scientific community and the Seqera team
- Stay up to date with the latest in bioinformatics
Free entry. Advance registration is required.
