This 2-day Nextflow training workshop is designed to provide you with a foundational understanding of Nextflow to allow you to bring portability, scalability, and reproducibility to your computational research.

By the end of the workship you will be able to:

• Confidently write basic Nextflow workflows
• Understand core Nextflow concepts, including Channels, Processes, and Operators
• Leverage containers to ensure workflow reproducibility
• Connect with the Nextflow community and ecosystem
