Nextflow Foundational Training Workshop | October, 2024

We are excited to offer a 2-day training opportunity to Seqera customers. Our workshop is designed to provide you with a foundational understanding of Nextflow to allow you to bring portability, scalability, and reproducibility to your computational research.

By the end of this course you will:

• Comfortable writing basic Nextflow workflows
• Understand Nextflow concepts of Channels, Processes and Operators
• Feel comfortable using containers to improve workflow reproducibility
• Understand the different execution platforms supported by Nextflow
• Be introduced to the Nextflow community and ecosystem
