Nextflow Advanced Training Workshop | November, 2024

Do you already have some experience with Nextflow workflows and are you looking for more advanced training? We are excited to offer this online course to Seqera customers. A two-day workshop designed to provide you with the following knowledge:

• Constructing best-practices custom Nextflow pipelines
• Introduction of Groovy concepts
• Debugging, troubleshooting and testing
• Concepts and recommendations for running Nextflow workflows on cloud infrastructure

All sessions require participants to have a basic knowledge of Linux shell programming as well as an intermediary knowledge of workflow development with Nextflow. If you prefer, you can sign-up for the Nextflow Foundational Training Workshop we'll be doing in October.
