Join us for Nextflow training and a happy hour in Kendall Square!
About
Nextflow and Seqera are coming to Kendall Square this May to discuss how bioinformatics software provides biotech and pharma researchers with the tools they need to work more effectively.
In this training, we will explore the advanced features of the Nextflow language and runtime, and learn how to use them to write efficient and scalable data-intensive workflows. We will cover topics such as channel manipulation with operators, advanced configuration, and error handling.
We'll be at the CIC Cambridge @ 1 Broadway in Kendall Square, where you'll have the opportunity to learn and network with peers from the local scientific community and the Seqera team. Join us to:
- Learn how to use select, advanced Nextflow operators to customize your workflows
- Understand how Nextflow configuration and parameters are loaded into your runs
- Learn how to use process directives for making configuration more specific and incorporate better error handling
**Those who participate will receive 20% off their Nextflow Summit Boston 2024 registration.
Space is limited at this event, so register soon to secure your spot.
