Seqera Labs Announced as Launch Partner for AWS HPC Competency
Seqera Labs announced today that it has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) High-Performance Computing (HPC) Competency Status. This is recognition of Seqera Labs ability to build successful HPC solutions for customers based on Nextflow and AWS Cloud. To achieve the designation, APN Partners must possess deep AWS knowledge and undergo an assessment of the security, performance and reliability of their solutions. In this case, Seqera Labs’ Nextflow and Tower solutions were evaluated as industry-leading solutions for organizations looking to scale their data analysis operations on AWS.
“Seqera Labs is honoured to be one the first solutions providers to achieve the HPC Competency status,” said Rob Lalonde, Chief Commercial Officer of Seqera Labs. “We are seeing customers each day, from top 10 pharma to life sciences startups, adopting Nextflow on AWS”.
AWS is enabling scalable, flexible and cost-effective solutions from startups to global enterprises. To support the seamless integration and deployment of these solutions, AWS established the AWS Competency Program to help customers identify consulting and technology APN partners with deep industry experience and expertise.
