About the role

Seqera is seeking a Business Systems Manager to build and lead our RevOps Business Systems function. As the first hire in this function, you will own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our RevOps technology stack, ensuring that our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience—have the tools, processes, and insights they need to operate efficiently. You will be in the driving seat to grow and expand the team, helping the company meet its revenue goals.

Your initial focus will be the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, supporting our transition from HubSpot, and expanding integrations with platforms like Hubspot, NetSuite, Rocketlane, Jira, and other business systems. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking to ensure the ongoing scalability and efficiency of our RevOps & GTM operations.

If you like to get your hands dirty and set up systems, processes and teams from scratch, we want to hear from you!

  • Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools (HubSpot, NetSuite, Jira, Rocketlane, etc.) alongside the respective tool owners.

  • Maintain user roles, permissions, security settings, and compliance requirements in alignment with company policies.

Streamline & Automate GTM Processes

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance Ops to analyze, improve, and automate workflows that impact the lead-to-cash lifecycle.

Drive Data Accuracy & Reporting Excellence

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance teams.

  • Support revenue recognition tracking, pipeline forecasting, and performance reporting in collaboration with GTM stakeholders.

Cross-Team Collaboration & End-User Support

  • Act as the primary technical liaison with GTM teams, ensuring Salesforce aligns with business goals while respecting each team’s tool ownership.

  • Provide day-to-day support, training, and best practices guidance to end-users, ensuring adoption and usability.

  • Create and maintain internal documentation on processes, configurations, and workflows.

Scale Business Systems for Growth

  • Continuously evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and third-party applications to enhance GTM operations.

  • Develop a roadmap for future enhancements, prioritizing business impact and scalability.

  • Contribute to the long-term business systems strategy, with opportunities to grow into a broader Business Systems leadership role.

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, or a related field, with at least 5+ years of experience on Salesforce Cloud, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Expert in setting up, managing and supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ products.

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or equivalent).

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations from the ground up, including configuration and integrations.

  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, sales processes, customer support, and revenue operations workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workato, or equivalent iPaaS tools).

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with GTM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, NetSuite, Gong, etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize workflows, improve data quality, and drive automation.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, balancing competing priorities and ensuring seamless integration of systems.

  • Comfortable providing day-to-day Salesforce support to end-users while also driving long-term improvements and automation
