Seqera Nextflow Training for GSK

September 25-26, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET. Online.

This 2-day training session will cover a “Fundamentals” training session to introduce Nextflow and cover basic features, followed by an “Intermediate” training to cover select topics.

Who is it for? Anyone wanting to acquire a basic to intermediate knowledge of the Nextflow language.

Prerequisites:

Basic Bash and UNIX skills
Familiarity with Git and Docker
Github account
Beginner-to-intermediate Nextflow
