Customer Success Manager

Barcelona / Customer Success / Remote

Our Customer Success team engages our customers to support their Nextflow adoption and demonstrate ongoing value. This critical function is responsible for onboarding new customers by engaging with technical teams during launch, driving ongoing adoption, and managing, maintaining, and increasing lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
  • Enable successful roll-out of Nextflow and Nextflow Tower to customers, including sharing and developing relevant assets, conceptualizing and engaging during the roll-out of the roadmap
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Nextflow advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Marshall resources across the Seqera organization as needed to support customers needs
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go-live support

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a technical Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and stakeholders
  • You have exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and lifetime value with customers 
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights

Nice-to-have

  • A degree in Computer Science or similar fields
  • Experience in healthcare, life science, or other enterprise software, technology or SaaS company in similar fields
  • You have worked in fast-paced startup environments and you are not afraid of rapidly changing requirements and processes
  • Additional native languages preferred Spanish, Catalan, or English
