Advanced Nextflow Training Workshop

Do you already have some experience with Nextflow workflows and are you looking for more advanced training? We are excited to offer this online course to Seqera customers. A two-day workshop designed to provide you with the following knowledge:

• Constructing best-practices custom Nextflow pipelines
• Introduction of Groovy concepts
• Debugging, troubleshooting and testing
• Concepts and recommendations for running Nextflow workflows on cloud infrastructure

All sessions require participants to have a basic knowledge of Linux shell programming as well as an intermediary knowledge of workflow development with Nextflow. If you prefer, you can sign-up for this Basic Nextflow Training Workshop we'll be doing in June.
